    2. Passage of Resolution appropriating funds to the Department of Community Planning & Economic Development.

  6. 13 2024 Round One Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Account Pre-Development Grants (2024-00856)
    1. Accepting Round One 2024 Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Account (LCA) Pre-development grants in the amount of $50,000 for the PennWood Village and Community Market project, located at 2125 Glenwood Ave N, 2117 Glenwood Ave N, 2113 Glenwood Ave N, 306 Penn Ave N, and 300 Penn Ave N; $75,000 for the New Nicollet project, located at 10 and 30 Lake St W; and $75,000 for the Swank Eatery project, located at 328 W Broadway.

    2. Authorizing agreements with the Metropolitan Council, Matrix Development LLC, and Swank Eatery LLC or related entities to implement the Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Account (LCA) grants.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Department of Community Planning & Economic Development.

  10. 17 Minneapolis 2023 HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) (2024-00870)

    Setting a public hearing for August 20, 2024, to receive public comment on the 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

    Receiving and filling a quarterly update from Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA).
