    Receiving public comment on the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to be included in report submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on August 29, 2025.

  2. 3 University Gateway Corporation bond issuance: 200 Oak St SE (2025-00810)

    Passage of Resolution approving the issuance of up to $42,100,000 in 501(c)(3) tax-exempt revenue bonds to University Gateway Corporation to refinance outstanding City of Minneapolis revenue bond Series 1997B, Series 2002, Series 2009, and Series 2015.

  4. 8 Certified Local Government grant for the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions (NAPC) (2025-00850)
    1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office, in the amount of $20,000, to support conference costs associated with hosting the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions (NAPC),15th biennial FORUM conference in downtown Minneapolis on July 22-26, 2026.

    2. Authorizing an agreement with the Minnesota State Historic Preservation Office for the grant.

    3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Community Planning & Economic Development Department.

  5. 9 Rezoning: Quarry Developers LLC, 1501 Johnson St NE (2025-00808)
    1. Approving an application submitted by Quarry Developers LLC, to rezone (PLAN19019) the property located at 1501 Johnson St Northeast from the BFT10 Transit 10 Built Form Overlay District to the BFC4 Corridor 4 Built Form Overlay District, retaining the CM2 Corridor Mixed-Use District, for a new two-story commercial building with grocery store and child care center uses. 

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 530 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code: Zoning Districts and Maps Generally. 

  6. 10 Commercial property sale ordinance (2024-00154)

    Setting a public hearing for September 2, 2025, to consider an ordinance amending Title 16 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Planning and Deveolpment, adding a new Chapter 426A entitled "Commercial Property Sale" to require the advanced notice of sale of commercial property.

  7. 11 Administrative enforcement procedures ordinance: Title 16 (2025-00576)

    Setting a public hearing for September 2, 2025, to consider an ordinance amending Title 1, Chapter 2 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to General Provisions: Administrative Enforcement and Hearing Process, adding Title 16, Planning and Development, as a provision subject to administrative enforcement.

  2. 13 Encampment Closure Report (2025-00257)
