    Authorizing an Ownership and Opportunity Fund loan of up to $540,000 to Vital 24 LLC, or its assigns, to assist in the acquisition and rehabilitation of the commercial property at 2400-2416 Hennepin Ave.

  6. 12 Heritage preservation regulations ordinance (2024-01038)

    Setting a public hearing for October 28, 2025, to consider an ordinance amending Title 23, Chapter 599 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Heritage Preservation: Heritage Preservation Regulations, updating and modernizing regulations including application types, fees, review processes, and standards for nominating and designating landmarks and historic districts. 

  7. 13 Parkland dedication ordinance: Affordable housing units (2025-00421)

    Setting a public hearing for October 28, 2025, to consider an ordinance amending Title 22, Chapter 598 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Land Subdivision: Land Subdivision Regulations, modifying the definition of “affordable housing units” to address units financed in whole or part by a tribe or tribal entity.
