  1. Reallocating $2.5 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Phase 1 funds to be used for emergency shelter acquisition and rehabilitation.
  2. Approving up to $2.5 million of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for emergency shelter acquisition and rehabilitation to Catholic Charities or affiliated entity.

  3. Approving up to $513,450 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for shelter rehabilitation to People Serving People or affiliated entity.

  4. Approving up to $1,880,459 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for shelter rehabilitation to St. Anne's Place located on Russell Ave, by Ascension Place, Inc or an affiliated entity.

  5. Authorizing contracts and agreements with the organizations receiving the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding awards.

  6. Authorizing a Joint Powers Agreement with Hennepin County to manage the funding awards for shelter capital projects, including the Simpson Housing project.
