  1. 2 Annual levy of various Public Works Department special assessments (2025-01143)

    Passage of Resolution levying various Public Works Department special assessments and adopting the assessment rolls.

  2. 3 Bicycle Advisory Committee appointments (2025-00546)
    Approving Jackson Hampton for appointment to Seat 14 beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
  3. 4 Grant application to Metropolitan Council Environmental Services for the 2026 Private Property Inflow and Infiltration Grant Program (2025-01146)

    Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) to receive funding for homeowners to partially pay for sewer lateral repairs.

  4. 5 35th St and 36th St reconstruction project: concept layout approval & variance request (2025-01145)

    1. Approving the concept layout for the 35th Street and 36th Street from Chicago Avenue to Blaisdell Avenue.

    2. Passage of Resolution seeking a variance from Municipal State Aid (MSA) Rules for the travel lane width, curb reaction distance, and bikeway clear zone for 35th Street between Blaisdell Avenue and 3rd Avenue.

5. 6 Recycling Rates and Zero Waste program implementation (2025-01028)

Receiving and filing a report on City of Minneapolis recycling rates, annual targets through 2030, status on Food Zero Waste Climate Legacy Initiative strategies, capture rates for the residential sector and necessary steps to develop the authority required for work towards zero waste goals in other sectors responding to the Recycling Rates and Zero Waste program.
