Authorizing the City to join the local government amicus brief by the United States Supreme Court case of 303 Creative LLC, et al., v. Aubrey Elenis, et al. (Case No. 21-476), and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to take all steps necessary to join in support of this amicus brief.

Passage of Resolution accepting 2nd Quarter 2022 donations made to the City of Minneapolis valued under $15,000.

Passage of Resolution amending the 2022 General Appropriation Resolution by exchanging funding sources between First Mortgage Equity Loan Fund and the Minneapolis Homes Program.

Passage of Resolution authorizing the transfer of $3,500,000 of the Clyde Bellecourt Urban Indigenous Legacy Initiative, $4,000,000 of the NOAH Preservation project, $4,880,116 of the Housing Opportunity Fund, and $548,000 of the Sabathani project appropriations from the American Rescue Plan Act Fund to the General Fund.

Authorizing a contract with SMG, in the amount of $17,000, for a two-year term, Aug 1, 2022, to July 30, 2024, for Regulatory Services to provide firewatch services at major events at US Bank Stadium.

Accepting the low bid of Bituminous Roadways, Inc., submitted on Event No. 2090, in the amount of $535,490, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Midtown Greenway Trail Resurfacing, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43247 with MA Mortenson, in the amount of $226,380 for a total amount not to exceed $20,670,077, for Construction Manager (as an Advisor) services to include reimbursement of costs associated with increased scopes of ancillary work and an extended project schedule for the Public Service Building.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0002589 with LS Black Constructors, in the amount of $187,639.57 for a total amount not to exceed $8,744,283.28, for various small changes to the contract based on unknown or unforeseen conditions, minor revisions, and contaminated soil export, for the Impound Facility Improvements Project.

Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-43204 with Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle Ltd (MSR Design), in the amount of $110,594.86 for a total amount not to exceed $11,905,070.19, for architect and engineer of record for design services for the Public Service Building.

Approving the workers' compensation claim of Kenneth Tidgwell by payment of $237,500 over four years to Kenneth Tidgwell and attorney, Meuser Law Firm, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

Authorizing the submittal of a grant application to the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in an amount up to $2.5 million annually over a five-year period, to develop foundational public health infrastructure, focus on developing and retaining the public health workforce, and increase capacity to meet the public health needs of the communities of Minneapolis.
