  7. Business License Settlement Conference recommendations: Mourado's Liquors Inc, doing business as Mourado's Liquors, 2426 2nd St NE (2018-00005)

    1. Adopting the Business License Settlement Agreement negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and Mourado's Liquors, Inc, doing business as Mourado's Liquors, allowing the licensee to retain the Off Sale Liquor License at 2426 2nd St NE, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein. 

    2. Rescinding the Business License Operating Conditions Agreement for Mourado's Liquors Inc, 2426 2nd St NE, approved by the Minneapolis City Council on Dec. 15, 2003.

  8. Liquor, Business, and Gambling Licenses for Jan. 10, 2018 (2018-00017)

    Approving the Department of Licenses and Consumer Services Agenda recommendations granting applications for Liquor, Business, and Gambling Licenses as recommended in the Licenses and Consumer Services Agenda for Jan. 10, 2018, subject to final inspection and compliance with all provisions of applicable codes and ordinances. 

  9. Southside Green Zone Task Force appointment (2018-00018)

    Approving the Council appointment of Aiden Yano, Seat 7, Ward 3, for an unexpired term ending Aug. 31, 2018.

  10. Contract amendment with Frontline Plus Fire & Rescue, Inc. for the installation of seven Outdoor Warning Sirens (2018-00019)

    Authorizing an increase to Contract C-42599 with Frontline Plus Fire & Rescue, Inc., in the amount of $9,387 for a total amount not to exceed $160,842, for changes to the locations of two sirens out of the seven sirens installed in the project.

Notice of Ordinance Introductions

1. Liquor licensing classes and allowable entertainment ordinance (2018-00035)

Johnson gives notice of intent to introduce at the next regular meeting of the City Council the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 14, Chapter 362 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Liquor and Beer:  Liquor Licenses, amending regulations related to license class definitions and allowable entertainment.

1. Jayne Rizner honorary resolution (2018-00034)

Passage of Resolution honoring Jayne Rizner for 43 years of public service to the City of Minneapolis.
