  7. Contract with NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, Inc. to provide domestic violence prevention programming services (2024-01352)

    Authorizing a contract with NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $100,000, from Jan 1, 2025, through Dec 31, 2025, with the option to extend the contract annually up to four (4) years with each renewal option not to exceed $100,000 per year for a total amount not to exceed $500,000, to provide domestic violence programming services.

  10. Contract amendment with CivicPlus LLC for basic codification services (2024-01359)

    Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-39151 with CivicPlus LLC (formerly Municipal Code Corporation), in the amount of $118,037 for a new total amount not to exceed $428,037, and an extension through Dec 31, 2027, for basic codification services.

  11. Contract amendment with Concrete Idea, Inc. for upgrades of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian ramps for Farview North project (2024-01360)

    Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0008321 in the amount of $357,150 for a total not to exceed $1,022,248, for additional upgrades to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian ramps for Farview North project, all in accordance with city specifications.

  12. Contract amendments for Lead Service Line Replacements for Year 1 (2024-01361)
    1. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0008491 with M and B Services LLC, in the amount of $14,558.80 for a total amount not to exceed $442,056.40, for additional materials and labor necessary to complete the Lead Service Line Replacement project due to some properties requiring larger main to meter lines than those indicated in the City specifications.

    2. Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0008490 with Triple E Sewer and Water LLC, in the amount of $64,381.68 for a total amount not to exceed $1,019,130.48, for additional materials and labor necessary to complete the Lead Service Line Replacement project due to some properties requiring larger main to meter lines than those indicated in the City specifications.

  13. Contract amendment with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for engineering and design services for Hennepin Ave S Street Reconstruction Project (2024-01362)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0002375 with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., in the amount of $1,303,760 for a total amount not to exceed $4,850,392, for additional engineering and design services for the Hennepin Ave S Street Reconstruction Project.

  14. Contract amendment with JL Theis, Inc, for the Broadway St NE Signals, Storm Sewer & Curb Ramp Improvements project (2024-01363)

    Authorizing an increase to contract No. COM0007781 with JL Theis, Inc, in the amount of $218,097.01 for a total amount not to exceed $2,950,000.00, for the Broadway St NE Signals, Storm Sewer & Curb Ramp Improvements project.

    Authorizing an extension amendment to the parking license agreement with Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, in the amount of $21,000.00, for an additional 5 years, for leased parking space at 4134 and 4142 Dupont Ave N.

  21. Environmental covenant and easement with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency at 505 4th Ave S. (2024-01371)

    Authorizing execution of an environmental covenant and easement with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), relating to the property at 505 4th Ave S.

  22. Legal Settlement: Hennepin Healthcare, Inc. v. City of Minneapolis (2024-01372)

    Approving the settlement of the claim of Hennepin Healthcare, Inc. for alleged property damage related to a water meter exchange and flooding at HCMC on or about September 22, 2021, by the payment of $61,523.00 in exchange for waiver and release of all claims, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate settlement.

  23. Legal Settlement: Workers' Compensation Claim of Scott Campbell (2024-01373)

    Approving the workers' compensation claim of Scott Campbell by payment of $165,000 to Scott Campbell and attorney, Meuser Law Firm, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.

  24. Legal Settlement: Workers' Compensation Claim of Hilary Glasrud (2024-01374)

    Approving the workers' compensation claim of Hilary Glasrud by payment of $140,000 to Hilary Glasrud and attorney, Meuser Law Firm, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
