  2. Gift acceptance from Metropolitan Police Department for transportation, meals, and lodging (2025-01077)

    Passage of Resolution accepting donation from the Metropolitan Police Department for Police Chief Brian O'Hara's transportation, meals, and lodging expenses to attend and speak at the DC Police Leadership Academy in Washington, DC from October 9-10, 2025.

  3. Gift acceptance from Urban Institute for travel and lodging expenses (2025-01085)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0008482 with PCiRoads, LLC, in the amount of $673,958.66 for a total amount not to exceed $4,133,995.66, and extending the contract term through October 31, 2025, for additional construction services associated with the 1st Ave South Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction Project. 
  6. Contract amendment with Sheehy Construction Company for Convention Center Concessions 136 Remodel project (2025-01070)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0008964 with Sheehy Construction Company, in the amount of $26,278.30 for a total amount not to exceed $719,578.30, and extending the contract for one (1) additional year through November 30, 2026, for the Convention Center Concessions 136 Remodel project.

  7. Contract amendment with AVR, Inc. for ready-mix concrete (2025-01071)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0006420 with AVR Inc., in the amount of $1,026,400 for a total amount not to exceed $6,376,602.75, for additional ready-mix concrete materials, in accordance with City specifications.

  8. Contract amendment with Meyer Contracting, Inc. for the Fremont Ave South Sanitary Pipe Replacement Project (2025-01072)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0009788 with Meyer Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $14,163 for a total amount not to exceed $286,688, for additional construction services associated with the Fremont Ave South Sanitary Pipe Replacement Project.

  9. Contract amendment with Q3 Contracting, Inc. for Lead Service Line Replacements Year 2 - Restoration Only project (2025-01073)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0009949 with Q3 Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $16,885.50 for a total amount not to exceed $357,839.82, for additional work needed to complete Lead Service Line Replacements Year 2 - Restoration Only project. 

  10. Contract amendment with Morcon Construction, Inc. for Hawthorne Office Buildout Project (2025-01074)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0009567 with Morcon Construction, Inc., in the amount of $128,383.07 for a total amount not to exceed $1,272,731.07, for additional work to complete the Hawthorne Office Buildout Project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  11. Contract amendment with Meyer Contracting, Inc. for 2nd Street North Sewer Improvement Project (2025-01086)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0006977 with Meyer Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $125,287.48 for a total amount not to exceed $7,047,222.81, for the 2nd Street North Sewer Improvement Project.

  12. Contract amendment with Minger Construction Companies, Inc. for Bossen Terrace Sanitary & Storm Sewer Improvements Project (2025-01087)

    Authorizing an increase to contract COM0008704 with Minger Construction Companies, Inc., in the amount of $688,738.84 for a total amount not to exceed $6,476,672.04, for additional construction services associated with the Bossen Terrace Sanitary & Storm Sewer Improvements Project.

  13. Bid for Convention Center Mill City Kitchen Concessions 134 Remodel (2025-01069)

    Accepting the low bid of Versacon, Inc., submitted on Event 3467, in the amount of $577,000, to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the Minneapolis Convention Center Mill City Kitchen Concessions 134 Remodel project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.

  14. Collective bargaining agreement: Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. representing 911 Dispatch Supervisors, 2026 through 2027 (2025-01083)

    Authorizing a collective bargaining agreement with Law Enforcement Labor Services Inc. representing 911 Dispatch Supervisors for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027, consistent with the terms of the Executive Summary; and authorizing the Labor Relations Director to implement the terms and conditions of the agreement.
