Consent

1. 2 Grant from Public Health Institute (PHI) to address health and climate change in Minneapolis (2018-00068)

  1. Accepting an additional grant from the Public Health Institute (PHI), in the amount of $10,000, for a new not to exceed grant total of $50,000, and extending the termination date to June 30, 2018, to address public health and climate change in Minneapolis.

  2. Authorizing Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 40203 with the Public Health Institute for the additional grant funds.

  3. Passage of Resolution approving appropriation of funds to the Health Department.

2. 3 Grant from the Minnesota Department of Health (2018-00065)
  1. Accepting a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health, in the amount of $156,000, for decreasing risk factors and increasing protective factors associated with Minneapolis youth/teen sexual health.

  2. Passage of a Resolution approving the appropriation of funds to the Minneapolis Health Department
