  2. 14 License Settlement Conference recommendations: Pizza Luce, 119 4th St N, (Ward 3) held by Pizza Luce, Inc., On Sale Liquor, Class E and Special Late Night Food Licenses (LIC366537) (2018-00529)

    1. Adopting the Business License Settlement Conference Agreement for Pizza Luce, 119 4th St N, negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and Pizza Luce, Inc., allowing the licensee to retain the On Sale Liquor, Class E and Special Late Night Food Licenses, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein.

    2. Rescinding the Business License Settlement Conference Agreement related to the On Sale Liquor, Class E and Special Late Night Food Licenses held by Pizza Luce, Inc., 119 4th St N, approved by the Minneapolis City Council on August 2, 2013.

  3. 15 Rental dwelling license reinstatement: 1519 Jefferson St NE, new owner Elizabeth Pyper-Holz (2018-00567)

    Approving the reinstatement of the Rental Dwelling License formerly held by Marie Dulac, to be held by new owner Elizabeth Pyper-Holz, for the property located at 1519 Jefferson St NE, having received an acceptable management plan and verification that said property is now in compliance with rental license standards.
