Approving the settlement of the lawsuit brought by Progressive Direct Insurance Company against the City of Minneapolis, et al., Court File No. 20-CO-20-5674 by payment of $1,598.07 to Progressive Direct Insurance Company and its attorneys, and authorizing the City Attorney's Office to execute any documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
