Authorizing a utility easement agreement from the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB), with a fee of $58,429.20, that grants the City of Minneapolis a permanent easement in the Minnehaha Parkway Regional Trail near Nokomis Ave S and E 46th St for the purpose of operating, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing a storm trunk sewer, an underground water quality structure, and an outfall.

Passage of Resolution accepting a $4,000,000 grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency, through the Solid Waste Infrastructure For Recycling (SWIFR) grant program, to support the North Transfer Station Revitalization Project, and authorizing execution of a grant agreement upon satisfactory review by the City Attorney’s Office.

Passage of Resolution designating $4,068,570 in local funds as a grant match in support of the Upper Harbor Terminal Public Infrastructure Street Reconstruction Project No. 2294 (PV122) to demonstrate full funding of the project to the State of Minnesota for purposes of receiving a Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) general obligation bond funded grant of $9,000,000.
