The City applies for grant funds from the Minnesota Housing Impact Fund annually to leverage
City funds through its RFP process. There is no ongoing commitment when projects are completed.
The City of Minneapolis currently funds Minneapolis Homes projects through local, HOME, and CDBG sources. Staff leverage City and federal sources through an annual application to the Minnesota Housing Impact Fund.
