Passage of Resolution authorizing host approval for the issuance of up to $10 million in revenue bonds by the City of Lauderdale, MN, for financing renovations and improvements to Catholic Eldercare's facilities located at 817 Main St NE and 149 Eighth Ave NE.

Approving a legislative directive related to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund for an update, potential changes, and policy recommendations to increase the number of 30% AMI units, and housing for homeless, and preservation, rehabilitation, stabilization units.

Authorizing exclusive development rights to Wolfpack Promotionals LLC?or its assigns for the City-owned property?located at 2034 West Broadway for a period of 24 months, with the possibility of a 12-month extension at the discretion of the Director of Community Planning and Economic Development, for the development of a new mixed-use project.  

Authorizing an Opportunity and Ownership Fund loan of $220,000 to 4010 East Holdings LLC or its assigns to assist in the acquisition and renovation of the commercial property at 4010 E Lake St.

Authorizing appropriate City staff to execute agreements for Great Streets Facade Improvement Grant Program Administration, in a total amount of $380,000, as follows:?

Authorizing an amendment to Contract No. COM0003930 with Project for Pride in Living, Inc. and related documents, a part of the 2020 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) at Bloom Lake Flats Housing Project, to modify the number of units designated for persons living with HIV/AIDs to a total of four (4) units.

Passage of Resolution vacating a right-of-way portion of Cemetery St NE between Tyler St NE and Central Ave NE in Vacation File No. 1784.
