  9. 16 Greenbelt Development Financial Closing extension (2025-00464)

    1. Authorizing an extension of the development financing totaling $400,000 to be available for project costs in support of the Greenbelt development project until December 1, 2026.

    2. Authorizing an extension of the term of the existing acquisition loan totaling $79,241.33 in support of the Greenbelt development project until December 1, 2026.

  1. 18 Exclusive Rights Agreement between the City, Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, and Owámniyomni Okhódayapi for federally owned property near the Upper St. Anthony Falls Lock and Dam (2025-00422)

    Authorizing the City to enter into an Exclusive Rights Agreement and Declaration of Continuing Public Commitments (ERA) with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and Owámniyomni Okhódayapi (OO), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, for ancillary lands owned by the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) near the Upper St. Anthony Falls Lock and Dam, conditioned on and pursuant to the terms of the ERA.

  2. 19 New Nicollet (Former Kmart) Redevelopment Project Development Framework (2025-00431)

    Approving the Development Framework to guide the future private redevelopment of the entire New Nicollet Redevelopment Project site and to prepare for the Phase 1 request for development proposals.
