  6. 10 Metropolitan Council's Local Housing Incentive Account project funding (2025-00993)
    1. Authorizing the Community Planning & Economic Development Department Director to make the necessary certifications for the Metropolitan Council to consider awarding Local Housing Incentive Account funding to the following projects: 2116 Nicollet (2116 Nicollet Ave), Clare 5 (1900 Monroe St NE), EPIC+R (1014-1026 Plymouth Ave N), and Zaria (3030 Nicollet Ave).

    2. Authorizing the Community Planning & Economic Development Department Director to make the necessary certifications for the Metropolitan Council to consider awarding Local Housing Incentive Account funding for all future applicants that have been awarded funds from the City of Minneapolis.
