Passage of Resolution authorizing application for and acceptance of a Community Project Funding award from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the amount of $1,800,000 for the Wadaag Commons Project and delegating authority to the Finance Officer to be the City’s authorized representative for communicating with HUD.

    2. Passage of Resolution appropriating funds to the Department of Community Planning & Economic Development.
