Approving deviations from the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances for the large business district block event permit application submitted by the Minnesota Timberwolves, subject to the following:
- Waiver of the application filing deadline for large block events in a business district; and
- Deviation from the allowed hours for block events in a business district to allow events to start at 4 p.m. or later and end no later than 11 p.m. for select home games during the Western Conference Finals and National Basketball Association Finals held at Target Center.
