  13. 20 Pathways to Prosperity grant for healthcare career pathway employment and training services (2018-00836)

  14. 21 Applications for funding in the Aug. 1, 2018, round of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's (DEED) Redevelopment Grant Program (2018-00846)

    Passage of Resolution authorizing application to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development [DEED] Redevelopment Grant Program for funding for the following projects: Lake Street Apartments -- Phase 1, 410 W Lake St,  414 W Lake St, 2943 Harriett Ave, and 2945 Harriett Ave; Malcolm Yards Market, 510 30th Ave SE; and Rand Hotel, 527 Marquette Ave.

21. 22 Brownfield grant funding for housing projects (2018-00850)

Directing staff to proceed with the Fall 2018 brownfield grant round using guidelines which require affordability for housing projects.
