  1. 2 Representative Frank Hornstein Honorary Resolution (2024-01392)

    Passage of Resolution recognizing Representative Frank Hornstein for his service representing the City of Minneapolis in the Minnesota State Legislature.

  2. 3 Representative Hodan Hassan Honorary Resolution (2024-01393)

    Passage of Resolution recognizing Representative Hodan Hassan for her service representing the City of Minneapolis in the Minnesota State Legislature.

  1. 4 Contracts with Fredrikson Government Relations, LLC and Momentum Advocacy for legislation representation services (2024-01388)

    1. Receiving and filing the conflicts review report by the Ethics Officer for Fredrikson Government Relations, LLC.

      Action Taken: Received and filed

    2. Authorizing a contract with Fredrikson Government Relations, LLC, in an annual amount not to exceed $66,000, from Jan 1, 2025, through Dec 31, 2025, with an option to extend two (2) additional one-year terms, for legislation representation services.

    3. Receiving and filing the conflicts review report by the Ethics Officer for Momentum Advocacy.

      Action Taken: Received and filed

    4. Authorizing a contract with Momentum Advocacy, in an annual amount not to exceed $54,000, from Jan 1, 2025, through Dec 31, 2025, with an option to extend two (2) additional one-year terms, for legislation representation services.

    Action Taken: Approved
  2. 5 Contract amendment with Primacy Group, LLC for legislation representation services (2024-01389)

    1. Receiving and filing the conflicts review report by the Ethics Officer for Primacy Group, LLC.

      Action Taken: Received and filed

    2. Authorizing an increase to contract COM0006254 with Primacy Group LLC, in the amount of $100,000, for a total amount not to exceed $300,000, and an extension through Dec 31, 2025, for legislation representation services.

    Action Taken: Approved
