    2. Approving the following Council appointments for terms beginning Jan. 1, 2022, and ending Dec. 31, 2023: Kevin Keopraseuth, seat 16, Ward NA; Jason Brisson, seat 18, Ward 4.

    3. Authorizing waiver of the residency requirement (Minneapolis Code of Ordinances 14.180) for the appointment of Kevin Keopraseuth.

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the position, which has a salary range of $119,143 to $141,238, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective Jan. 1, 2022.

    1. Approving the revised findings, total points, and salary for the appointed job classification of Animal Care and Control Director, evaluated at 591 total points and allocated to Grade 13.

    2. Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the following revised salary schedules for the position,

      1. a salary range of $116,439 to $138,031, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective April 1, 2021.
      2. a salary range of $119,350 to $141,482, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective January 2, 2020.
