Memorandum of Understanding with Summit Academy regarding cooperation in addressing campus sexual assaults (2018-00554)
Authorizing a memorandum of understanding with Summit Academy defining responsibilities and requiring certain information sharing, in accordance with applicable state and federal privacy laws, about certain crimes occurring on-campus and in certain areas off-campus, including sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Contract with the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center for Police K-9 health services (2018-00573)
Authorizing a contract with the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center in the amount of $34,560 for one (1) year from July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019, and using the contract form provided by the Regents of the University of Minnesota for veterinary services for Police K-9s.

Approving an amendment to Contract No. C-43673 with SMG reducing the hourly rate for 911 dispatchers from $105 per hour to $65 per hour, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $523,500, for the entire contract (new not-to-exceed amount of $19,500 for 911 dispatchers), for Vikings football preseason, Vikings football regular season, X Games Minneapolis and other large scale events at US Bank Stadium, excluding Final Four events.

Receiving and filing the Police Conduct Oversight Commission's (PCOC) study on the intersection between policing and evictions in Minneapolis.

Directing the City Coordinator’s Office, in conjunction with the Minneapolis Police Department and the City Attorney’s Office, to seek amendments to the contract for jail services to include provisions that promote a separation between local law enforcement and federal immigration enforcement and protect the City’s immigrant communities to the greatest extent that is consistent with federal law and any other applicable state laws or Rules.
