  1. 2 Grant application for the Bloomberg Arts Challenge (2018-00376)

    Authorizing the submittal of a pre-application to the Bloomberg Arts Project, in an amount up to $1,000,000, for the Bloomberg Public Arts Challenge.

  2. 3 Contract with Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. dba Priority Dispatch, for the technology and support of the 911 Call Handling Protocol software system (2018-00377)

    Authorizing an increase to Contract No. C-41634 with Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. d/b/a Priority Dispatch in the amount of $105,000 for a not-to-exceed amount of $626,695, for enhanced services and training needed for the 911 Call Handling Protocol software system.

  3. 4 Contract with Safran (MorphoTrak) for maintenance and support services of the Latent Station (fingerprint system) for the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) crime laboratory (2018-00378)

    Authorizing a contract with Safran (MorphoTrak) for five (5) years in an amount not-to-exceed $35,000 for maintenance and support services of the Latent Station (fingerprint system) for the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) crime laboratory, using the supplier’s contract template instead of the City’s standard agreement form.

  4. 5 Request for Proposal (RFP) for Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) Financial Portfolio, Real Estate, and Property Management System (2018-00379)

    Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposal to provide and implement a new system to manage the Office of Community Planning and Economic Development’s (CPED) affordable housing and economic development initiatives.

  5. 6 Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Web Content Management System for the City Website project (2018-00380)

    Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposal to provide and implement a new Website Content Management System (WCMS) to manage the City’s website and content across numerous city departments.

  6. 7 Contract with N Harris (dba: Systems & Software, Inc.) for licensing, implementation services, and support, and maintenance of the enQuesta software (2018-00381)

    Authorizing an extension to Contract No. C98-12701(A) with N Harris (dba: Systems & Software, Inc.) through Dec. 31, 2023, and adding the City’s current terms and conditions to the contract, for licensing, upgrades, implementation services, support, and maintenance of the utility billing system enQuesta.
