Background Analysis
Minneapolis Police Department will provide approximately four (4) Bomb Unit technicians and approximately four (4) Police Officer K-9 handlers, compensated at $115 per hour per officer who will each work an estimated seven (7) to ten (10) hours at up to twenty (20) large scale events at Target Center as requested by Target Center and agreed to by MPD including the Big Ten Tournament in March 2024.
