Background Analysis
On April 11, 2018, the Department of Licenses and Consumer Services and the owner of the above mentioned license entered into an Agreement with conditions placed on the business license. The agreement is valid for the life of the license. If the owner fails to maintain their portion of this agreement, the City may begin adverse license action up to and including revocation of their license.
