Background Analysis
The City of Minneapolis Health Department solicited proposals from full-service marketing agencies through the RFP process (Event #0000003412) to develop comprehensive campaigns promoting its programs and services. Through a competitive review process, which included in-person interviews with three finalists from a pool of 16 applicants, Metre LLC was selected. The initial one-year contract, from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, will be in the amount of $750,000, with the option to extend annually for up to four additional years, and a yearly increase of $750,000, subject to budget availability, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,750,000 for advertising services for the Health Department.
