The City Planning Commission took the following action at their April 14, 2025, meeting:
Zoning Code Text Amendment, (All Wards)

The City Planning Commission adopted staff findings to amend Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances related to the Zoning code as follows:
A. Text amendment to Title 20, Chapter 530 of the Zoning Code, to correct comprehensive plan and zoning map errors and inconsistencies.
Action: The City Planning Commission recommended that the City Council approve the Minneapolis 2040 and zoning map amendments in the manner identified on maps accompanying this report.
