Background Analysis
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has leased property under 394 and adjacent to Linden Avenue to the City to be used for Impound Lot storage as well as a vacuum truck dump site for many years. This lease amendment will authorize the City to continue using the Vacuum Truck dump site for the next 3 years at a total charge of $8,064 ($224 per month) while MnDOT uses the remainder of the property for construction staging for the upcoming 394 bridge maintenance project starting in summer 2025.
