Background Analysis
In September 2016, in response to an RFP, Patricial Hellen was retained as a public safety coordinator for events planning for the 2018 Super Bowl for the Police Department. With this requested contract amendment, Ms. Hellen serve as public safety coordinator for the NBA's 2019 Final Four in April, 2019.
