The City Planning Commission took the following action at their April 20, 2026, meeting:

The Department of Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) recommends that the City Planning Commission and City Council adopt staff findings for the application by Dan Rice for the property located at 1914 Washington Ave N:

A. Rezoning.

Recommended motion: The City Planning Commission recommends that the City Council approve the petition to rezone the property at 1914 Washington Ave N from the CM2 Corridor Mixed-Use District to the PR1 Production Mixed-Use District, retaining the BFT10 Transit 10 Built Form Overlay District.
