Background Analysis
Tabulation of two (2) bids submitted on Event 408 for the Re-bid for 2019 Landscape Renovation Project. Accepting the low bid of Plant Pros LLC, for the base bid items 1-6 and Alternate 1, in the amount of $132,839.00, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the Re-bid for 2019 Landscape Renovation Project, and authorizing a contract for the project, all in accordance with City specifications.
In 2018, Property Services consulted with WSB and Associates to assess the landscaping our current facilities and prioritize for beautification and ease of future maintenance. The scope of the 2019 project is to renovate the landscaping at (7) City Owned facilities including (5) Fire Stations and (2) Police facilities. These renovations are scheduled to begin in late 2019 and be completed by early Summer 2020.
