Background Analysis
Tabulation of two (2) bids submitted on Event 1366 for providing Ready Mix Concrete for the Public Works Department. Accepting the low bid of AVR, Inc., and authorizing a contract for the material, in the amount of $1,769,000.00, and authorizing extensions to the contract for up to two (2) additional 12 month periods, to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for providing Ready Mix Concrete, all in accordance with City specifications.
This annual contract is for furnishing Ready Mix Concrete to the City of Minneapolis for the construction of capital improvement projects and maintenance operations throughout the City.
