Background Analysis
The amendment is for four (4) increased scopes of work. The first increase, in the amount of $65,077 is for additional window shades on the East side of levels 3 and 4. The second increase in the amount of $1,385 is for an additional mail slot in the Property and Evidence lockers. The third increase, in the amount of $171 is for door hardware change for room 130 to add a card reader. The fourth increase, in the amount of $686 is for installing additional door hardware for egress and functionality revisions.
