***Pending full implementation of the recently passed government structure charter amendment, andany resulting changes to the City’s process for authorizing the following staff activities, this RCA isbeing submitted to Council under the City’s prior authorization process***.
Authorizing an increase to Contract No. COM0004021 with Morcon Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $126,424 for a total amount not to exceed $969,447 for necessary changes and additions to the construction of a Commissary Kitchen at Target Center. Changes are primarily to add permit fees, as well as to address unanticipated existing conditions, life safety issues and inspector requested changes.
