The City will not continue the project once the grant period has ended. The grant will be used to fund a specialized project that is expected to be complete by the time the grant period expires.
There are no new FTEs associated with this grant. Current FTEs in CPED will donate time to coordinate the grant. The $20,000 will be used to hire a consultant to update the locally-designated Washburn-Fair Oaks Historic District inventory of contributing and noncontributing properties.
