The vehicles will have minimal impact on the budget. Maintenance and repairs are estimated at $4,000/yr. Rental fees will be greatly reduced and will offset a majority of the maintenance costs if not all. The vehicles will not be included in the fleet replacement fund. If any of the vans experience a major mechanical failure that is deemed to expensive to repair, they will be removed from the fleet and sold following City disposal procedures.
