Background Analysis
Attending the Integrated Emergency Management Course (IEMC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland is the capstone of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Reset Project. Approximately 65 City staff members will be attending the course March 17 through March 22, 2024. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will reimburse individuals for the cost of the flight to Emmitsburg, MD (approximately $1,100 per person).
