Based on guidance received from the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), employees will purchase their own flights to Emmitsburg, Maryland upon acceptance to the Integrated Emergency Management Course (IEMC). FEMA/EMI will reimburse employees for the costs of the flights through the stipend program.
