Background Analysis
Transportation Advancement Account (TAA) was created in 2023 to provide funding to local agencies for transportation purposes. This resolution is to allocate the first installment of the Transportation Advancement Account funding from MnDOT to our Asphalt Pavement Resurfacing Program (PV056) which resurfaces streets each year to extend their useful life.
