Passage of Ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Administration: Personnel, approving the salary schedule for the position of Service Center Director, which has a salary range of $125,434 to $148,694, in accordance with the adopted compensation plan for appointed officials effective May 11, 2021.

Background Analysis

Reporting to the Deputy City Coordinator - Engagement, the proposed position will direct the Minneapolis Pubic Service Center programs and initiatives, and coordinate, develop, analyze and assist the enterprise in providing the highest quality of service to the public. The position will provide effective space for the diverse needs of employees and ensure collaboration and partnerships across the enterprise by providing inviting spaces, user-friendly technology, and welcoming employees in order to greet, converse with and assist our residents and customers.
