Approve the reauthorization of the bond appropriation of the 2019 WTR27 program allocation. $1,500,000 in total were authorized in 2019 for the program to be issued as bonds in the 2020 Budget. To date, the City has issued $733,960 of bonds. The remaining $766,040 is needed to be reauthorized and issued in 2024 to complete work.
