The City will not continue the project once the grant period has ended. The grant will be used to fund a specialized project that is expected to be complete by the time the grant period expires.
There are no new FTEs associated with this grant. Current FTEs in CPED will donate time to coordinate the grant. The additional $20,000 CPED will provide as a match will be used to hire a consultant to update the locally-designated Washburn-Fair Oaks Historic District Design Guidelines.
