The proposed updates to the City's rate schedule will eliminate operational deficit at Impound Lot and modernize fees for associated parking services.

The proposed changes for the Impound Lot applies to the owners of all towed vehicles in Minneapolis. The increase to event rates gives the city the ability to raise rates if needed, and will be driven by public interest in US Bank Stadium events. The increase for the 4th Street North Lot is based on increased business at that location.
