The Police Department will receive funding to support the investigative efforts of the MN BCA Human Trafficking Investigator's Task Force.  The Police Department will provide regional services to the state-wide task force effort to combat human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

Section 2: Data
The Police Investigator will work on the regional, metro-wide detail of the state-wide task force.  The task force focuses on the offense and offenders to protect all victims of human trafficking without regard to BIPOC demographics.  
Task Force data is collected and maintained by the MN BCA on the demorgraphics of offenders and vicims of trafficking.
Data is maintained by the State of Minnesota and may be available upon request.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehention leads the state-wide Human Trafficking Task Force and maintains a state-wide perspective and analysis of the geographic and demographic distribution of traffickers and victims of trafficking, and the movement of trafficking in the state and upper Midwest, as well as the distribution of activity by timelines and links to major events, like sporting activities in the region.
Section 4: Analysis
Equity is achieved by unbiased enforcement, investigation and prosecution of human traffickers and unbiased identification and support of victims of trafficking.
Section 5: Evaluation
Analysis of investigations and prosecutions, and victims supported and removed from trafficking is conducted at the state and regional levels by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
Reporting is prepared and disributed by the MN BCA.
